Yes. Our glueless wigs are designed to be worn without glue. The integrated drawstring and elastic band let you adjust the wig to your head for a secure fit. Depending on the model, the sides can also be secured.

Yes. Glueless wigs are especially suitable for beginners because they can be installed without glue. You can put them on within a few minutes and remove them just as easily.

Yes. A half wig is worn behind your natural hairline. A section of your own hair remains out at the front and is blended with the wig, creating an especially natural look.

The right hair length mainly depends on the look you want. Shorter lengths are often better for an easy everyday look, while longer lengths create a much more dramatic effect.

We do not currently have a physical store. However, our wigs are shown in detail on our product pages with real photos and videos.

If you need to see a particular detail before buying, you can contact us anytime by WhatsApp or email. For wigs that are in stock, we can also send you additional photos directly from our warehouse if needed.

Yes. Our wigs are adjustable and can be adapted to different head sizes using the integrated drawstring.

This means our wigs fit almost all common head sizes. If your head circumference is especially large or unusually small, contact us before ordering. We can then check whether a custom-made wig would be appropriate.

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information. You can use it at any time to see where your parcel is and when it is expected to arrive.

Because some in-stock wigs ship on the same day, contact us immediately after ordering if you notice a mistake.

Once the parcel is on its way, we can no longer change the order. In that case, you can return or exchange the wig after delivery in accordance with our returns and exchange policy.

We currently deliver to Austria, Germany and Switzerland.

You can return your wig within 30 days as long as it is unworn and unaltered.

Of course you can try it on at home at your leisure to see if it suits you. The only thing that matters is that it isn't worn beyond that or altered.

Yes. You can generally exchange your wig directly for another wig.

If the new wig is less expensive, we will refund the difference. If it is more expensive, you only pay the additional amount.

If it is unworn, unaltered and in a returnable condition, the refund will then be issued to your original payment method.

Yes. Because our half wigs are made from 100% human hair, you can style them like your own hair, for example by straightening or curling them.

Always use heat protection when styling with heat to extend the life of the hair.

Wash your wig only when it is really necessary. For many customers, this means approximately every 2–4 weeks, depending on how often the wig is worn and how many styling products are used.

Washing too often can dry out the hair unnecessarily. The actual condition of the wig matters more than a fixed schedule.

Always use heat protection and avoid unnecessarily high temperatures. This keeps the hair soft and healthy for longer.

• a moisturizing conditioner
• a lightweight leave-in conditioner
• heat protection for styling

Avoid strongly drying products and excessive amounts of heavy styling products, as residue can build up in the hair.

Store your wig in a dry place and protect it from dust as much as possible.

A wig stand is ideal for maintaining its shape and style. Alternatively, you can carefully store it in its packaging.

Avoid direct sunlight, high humidity and places where the hair would be tightly compressed or become tangled.
